Farm Financial counsellors can assist to: * Clarify a problem or concern and work towards a solution * Understand your financial position * Identify and assess options for resolving financial and other problems * Evaluate enterprises and assess farm viability * Find information on rural finance * Evaluate re-financing options * Prepare loan applications * Negotiate with your bank * Prepare cash flow budgets * Find information on Government schemes of assistance * Access other service providers. This service is for the use of farmers only and is free.

Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR)
Founded in early 2000 as a partnership between The Sidney Myer Fund, a major philanthropic trust, and the Commonwealth Government of Australia via the Department of Transport and Regional Services, FRRR is Australia’s only national philanthropic Foundation dedicated to rural & regional Australia.

Our role is to work in partnerships with the private sector, governments, community organisations and philanthropy to champion the economic and social strength of Australia’s regional, rural and remote communities.

Gambling Help Cairns provides the following services: * How to stop or control your Gambling * What to do if someone you love is Gambling * Specialises in Gambling counselling, support and information * Training for counsellors and welfare workers in identifying and intervening with Gambling related issues * Gambling Industry training and support * Community education on problem and responsible Gambling Gambling Help Cairns is auspiced by Lifeline Cairns Region. Services provided are free of charge.

Gambling Help Generic
Gambling Help services offer a range of professional support and counselling services to assist people with gambling problems and their families. Gambling Help services are free and provide confidential assistance either face to face or over the phone. Gambling Help services can assist if: * You are concerned about your own gambling * You are concerned about family or friend * You are a health and community support worker, working with people affected by gambling * You belong to a community group who requires information on problem gambling Gambling Help services also provide community education on the risks associated with gambling.

Gambling Help Toowoomba
Gambling Help Toowoomba and South West provides the following services. * How to stop or control your gambling * What to do if someone you love is gambling * Gambling counselling (individual, couple and group), support and information * Training for counsellors & welfare workers in identifying & intervening with gambling related issues * Gambling industry training and support. * Community education on problem and responsible gambling. Gambling Help Toowoomba and South West is auspiced by Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Qld Ltd. The services are Free of Charge. Phone counselling sessions are available for outlying areas.

Gambling HelpLine
Gambling HelpLine is a telephone counselling, information and referral service for anyone experiencing gambling related problems.

Graham House
Graham House Community Centre provides space for meetings, support groups, emergency relief, financial counselling, a Centrelink Rural Agency, individual and family counselling, and budgeting.

Interlock General
Interlock is a not for profit charitable organisation set up specifically for the purpose of introducing and maintaining Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) within organisations within Queensland. An Employment Assistance Program provides assistance, through a range of services, to all employees of client organisations and their immediate families on a free, confidential and voluntary basis. Assistance is provided in the form of: * Psychological Counselling * Financial Counselling * Critical Incident Stress Management * Legal Advice Service * Indigenous Counselling

Lifeline - Brisbane
Lifeline Brisbane offers face to face counselling for individuals and couples as well as providing group programs on issues such as sexual abuse (refer to Resilient Womens Program Listing). Counselling services are by appointment and are free, although a donation may be offered. Crisis counselling is available on the Lifeline National Telephone Counselling Line 24 hours a day.

Lifeline - Capalaba
Lifeline Redlands offers child, adolescent, family, relationship, personal and financial counselling. Group programs are provided covering a range of topics. This counselling is available for issues such as parenting concerns, child and adolescent behaviours, family conflict, relationships, domestic violence, grief, trauma, abuse and financial debt. All services require an appointment. Services are free of charge but donations are gratefully accepted. Crisis counselling is available on the Lifeline National Crisis Counselling Line 24 hours a day.

Lifeline - Chermside
Lifeline Chermside provides both counselling and community development services. The team offers a professional service to the residents of Chermside and adjacent suburbs. Services offered include: * Family counselling to assist with parenting concerns and relationship and behavioural problems between adults, teenagers and young children * Financial counselling to assist in a range of financial difficulties, including consulting with creditors where required, helping with budgets and assisting in the identification of all financial options available * Community workers complement and support the counselling services through a range of projects that assist the community to build capacity and resilience Counselling services are by appointment and are free, although a donation may be offered. Crisis counselling is available on the Lifeline National Crisis Counselling Line 24 hours a day.
