Can I suggest an FAQ?

Yes. The ACROSSnet team is always looking for ways to make the site more useful and easy to use. If you have a question you believe would be commonly asked by other users of the ACROSSnet web site (either about suicide or how to use the site), please let us know.

How do I suggest an FAQ?

You can suggest a new FAQ for the ACROSSnet website by clicking on the 'suggest' link above or at the top right hand corner of the home page. This will take you to the 'make a suggestion' page, where you will need to click on 'suggest an FAQ'. Enter the question you would like to see answered in the FAQ section and click on the 'submit' button underneath to send off your suggestion.

I suggested an FAQ to be added to the ACROSSnet website but it doesn't seem to be there. What has happened to my suggestion?

There may be several reasons why your suggestion is not currently listed. Any suggestions for inclusion on the ACROSSnet website are checked against the site criteria before they are included. This may take a little while. Your suggestion may still be being processed. Alternatively, your suggestion may have been reviewed by the ACROSSnet team and declined for inclusion on the website. The ACROSSnet site is designed to provide information, resources and support for workers in rural, remote and regional areas who have an interest in suicide, suicide prevention and related topics. Having you suggestion declined does not necessarily reflect badly on the suggestion but rather may indicate that it is not appropriate for the aims of the ACROSSnet website. If you have provided us with your email address when making your suggestion, we will keep you up to date with the progress of your suggestion.
