Southern Cross Care Community Services was established with the prime objective to provide a comprehensive and integrated range of home care and support services to assist people to live independently in the community. Southern Cross Care Community Services works independently and in collaboration with many of the community groups to structure services that meet individual and family needs. A range of services provided by Southern Cross Care Community Services include: * Nursing Services: General nursing all levels, palliative care, pre and post hospitalisation, wound care, continence management, case management and co-ordination of care. * Personal Care Services: Providing personal care for all activities of daily living, providing personal care for very complex and high care needs, providing personal care for all levels of disability. * Home Help: Domestic services, meal preparation, shopping and transport. * Respite Services: Services to support the family in caring for loved ones at home. * Equipment - sales and hire, relief staff and support staff for other community agencies. Networking and resources services are also offered by Southern Cross Care Community Services. Southern Cross Care Community Services provides the highest quality of service at the lowest possible cost.
